As America is already on fire with racial controversies, another racially charged log has been thrown into the blaze that has America talking. Racial tensions flared up yet again when white female Bellevue Hospital employee, eventually identified as Sarah Jane Comrie, went on a tirade against a black teenaged boy claiming the Citi Bike they both were trying to leave with was hers. Because her behavior was so deplorable, social media quickly dubbed her “Citi Bike Karen”.
Societies racists were renewed with energy, however, when Comrie’s lawyer produced a receipt showing she did in fact pay for the bike. Consequently, Comrie’s supporters took to social media in full force to insist social media was wrong to judge Sarah Comrie for acting like a mindless lunatic. After her lawyer produced her receipt to media outlets, mainstream media platforms far and wide all jumped in to advocate for the unhinged Comrie and insisted she was in the right all along.
However, a new viral video exposed her once again. Sarah Jane Comrie did not purchase the bike before the young man did. She actually scanned the bike at the very same time she was attempting to snatch it away from him and the receipt her lawyer produced to the media was doctored to hide the time stamp. Comrie’s defenders desperate to save face made a weak point that the boys time expired so the bike was free to be ‘snatched’ by anyone. However, that type of reasoning doesn’t work on the unbiased, logical and civilized mind. His receipts proved that his story was factual; he did have first dibs on the bike and didn’t have to relinquish it if he didn’t want to. In a now viral tiktok video the boys older sister showed her brother’s receipt that showed he was the one in possession of the bike well before Comrie approached him. His receipts show that he had been riding from 6:33 pm to 7:19 pm. Sarah Jane Comrie who came into the picture some time after that was angry the boys didn’t give up one of their bikes to her, so she angrily snatched one, claimed it as hers and scanned it after 7:25 pm. And that’s what really happened. Do not expect mainstream media to correct itself or explain that the suspected Karen was very much a Karen.
Now here’s the side story: Once again, the world witnessed just how shockingly repulsive and racist so many people in American society are. Many of them are not worth engaging with because they cannot be swayed to reason. Even if she did rightfully purchase the bike first, there were scores of American adults taking to social media indirectly cosigning her abhorrent behavior that could have even gotten the teens killed.
Sarah Jane Comrie is a piece of work, to say the least. She was belligerent and physically aggressive. She even snatched the boys phone away from him when he was trying to show her his purchase of the bike from hours earlier. Then when bystanders formed, including a white male trying to restore order, Comrie pulled the ol’ defenseless crying white woman schtick.
Instead of handling the situation with any class, she was entitled, incensed and devious. Her behavior is reminiscent of what happened for decades in this nation. She, a white woman in the middle of a crowd decided to repeatedly scream, “help!”, knowing full well what could have happened to the young black boys. And when a crowd formed after her “karenesque” antics she decided to strategically fake cry for sympathy. She did that because she devilishly knew on the optics alone, dominant society would take her side and the boys would be in danger.
Even though it should be very obvious what type of woman this is, she still garnered a lot of public support and many people donated money to her GoFund me, the precious little angel that she is. Society is so spiritually lost and insane, that even some black conservative youtubers chimed in to defend Comrie. It’s a complete madhouse: While black liberals often get accused of obsessing about race, some recreant black conservatives match crazy for the polar opposite spectrum of crazy by completely denying any and all racial realities at every turn. And so some defended Comrie even though they saw plain as day that after bullying the boys, she quickly tried to weaponize her womanhood and whiteness against them.
Morals and ethics don’t seem to factor into this crowds thought space. When it comes to racial situations, hordes of Americans will continue to defend the absolute worst individuals. And the spineless, cowardly and politically propagandized placate to these demented crowds every time. Sadly, this is a typical American narrative that we know too well. In short, Sarah Jane Comrie is toxic, as are the people still defending her. May God help this Nation.
